As soon as I saw the Teddy Bo image "Hatched, matched and dispatched" I wanted to colour it. Though to be honest I want to colour ALL the Teddy Bo images. I'm seriously addicted to the furry guy n his girl.
This card is for my Brother and Sister-in-laws 19th wedding anniversary on the 22nd of this month. I hope they like Teddy Bo as all three cards I need to make for them with be featuring Teddy Bo and Bea.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges :
Mad for markers - use spica glitter pens - the back lights of the car are coloured with clear glitter pen
icopic - fur
Anything goes - celebration - wedding anniversary
Teddy Bo - love is in the air
Cute card thursday - clean and simple - only embellishment used are the tin cans
Sentimental Sundays - shaped cards
Craft us crazy - anything goes
Creative craft - summer - summer is also wedding season
So what do you think?? This card took me quite a long time, but it was a labour of love. The card measures 14x13cm so quite a large area to colour. It is coloured as always with my wonderful copic pens. I used burgundy as my accent colour for this card as that was the colour of the bridesmaids dresses when they got married. The number plate is their surname.
I imported the digi stamp into make the cut programme to create the shaped card base, in grey and black.
I have added glamour dust glitter to Bea's veil and clear sakura glitter pen to the back lights of the car and the wheel hubs. Which look great when you move it around in the light as the car lights look like they go on and off.
The"cans" are attached with bakers devine twine and are covered in tin foil.
Thanks for dropping on by today and I hope you come back again soon,
