Teddy Bo Tuesday - Especially for our Mums

Hi there and welcome to another Teddy Bo Tuesday.  All the new releases today were created for all those special Mum's out there, and with Mothering Sunday fast approaching these images give you plenty of time to create that very special card.

Don'tforget you still have plenty of time to enter our current Teddy Bo challenge - Pearls & swirls.

I have chosen to use TEDDYBO_182

Coloured with copic's and prisma's.
I also added clear sakura stardust pen to the letters to make them sparkle,
although that doesn't show well in the photograph.
Papers are First Edition Daydream.
Swirl was die cut on my black cat cutter.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges ;

Fairytale Friday

Hi and welcome to another Fairytale Friday.
If you've not heard of Fairytale Friday before then go on over to the Teddy Bo Challenge and check it out.
I have used the ever so cute TEDDYBOBEA_TABS_007
I love the Teddy Bo tabs. Such great value and always wonderful images.
I don't know about you but I find it so difficult to make a card that's not a square
but this image shouted for a rectangle card so I obeyed.

Coloured with copic's. Glamour dust added to his pompom.
Papers are from my very well used 6x6 MME Lost & Found stack.
I stuck 2 pages of the dots together to make the paper bigger.
Oliphant was coloured then fussy cut out
and mounted onto another piece of lost & found paper.
I have added glamour dust glitter to his pom pom.
The 2 panels are the front and back of the same paper.
Silver flower brads are Papermania I think.
Ribbon, bakers twine and sentiment from my stash.

I'm really pleased with this card and I already have an order for a second one.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges :
i-copic - animals
Moving along with the times - lots of layers
Simon says stamp - 3 different papers
Digital Tuesdays - sparkles
Here come the boys - vintage feel
Dream valley - just for men

A little housekeeping

Ok, I admit it, it's not the normal "housekeeping" I'm doing but a bit of blog housekeeping.
I was just about to write "the other day", then checked the comments and it appears it was the 25th January so not the other day at all. So on the 25th January I was very honoured to be awarded the  Liebster blog award, not once but TWICE!!
The 2 lovely ladies who bestowed this award on me were Sharon and Woo. Thank you girls.

The idea of the Liebster Blog Award is to spread the love from one small blog (under 200 followers) to other small blogs. This helps to spread knowledge and readership.
To accept the award, you must:
1) Link back to the person who gave it and thank them for thinking of you.
2) Post the award to your blog.
3) Give the award to 5 bloggers (with less than 200 followers) that you appreciate and value.
4) Leave a comment on the blogs of the five people you have chosen to let them know.
"Liebster" in German means "dearest", so to carry on the Liebster tradition, I am going to pass the award on to 5 people who's blogs have been an inspiration to me and my crafting. To be honest, passing this on will be difficult as there are so many wonderful small blogs that have inspired me. It will be a challenge to chose only 5. However, as needs must, here are 5 wonderful and inspiring blogs/ bloggers that I would love to pass the Liebster Blog award on to (in no particular order).

The 5 bloggers I would like to award are;

Tammy at Kizzy Designs who has fast become one of my very great crafty friends and whose cards and projects blow your socks off.
Colette from Digi-re-doo-dah who has the most amazing imagination and comes up with wonderful projects time and time again
Jill from Jills scrappeside who does magic with her copic's.  Her colouring is to die for.
Renee from Creative Paint & paper who always doubts herself on her ability to colour and she really shouldn't as her work is beautiful and her lovely daughter is taking after her talented Mum.
and finally
Sue from Crafts by Sue - who puts up with a memory challenged friend and always makes me smile, both with her gorgeous cards but also her wonderful friendship.

Next bit of housework is mentioning 2 top 3 awards I've got recently for my cards.
The first is from Stamps R Us
and the second is from Pile it on

I think I'm fully up to date now,
Hugs

I just have to show you what I've had made

A month ago I was wandering the web looking for someone who could make me a cow wedding couple to go on the top of my niece's wedding cake.  Thankfully I found Quernus Crafts.
As well as commissioning her to do the cows I also commissioned a wee version of my chocolate Labrador in his favourite position with his favourite toy Baa-bra the sheep.
Here is the photo's I provided her with.

And here is the super duper Wee Maxy and his sidekick Baa-bra

I hope you like my newest Labrador.  Please check out Kristen's website, her store on Etsy and her Facebook page as her work is just amazing and I know we will have to have the other labs made.

I'm not down to do a project today but team A do have some AMAZING creations with today's new graphics and here are the new graphics.

Aren't they brilliant?  Will you be able to just buy one? I know I wouldn't be able to have one lonely little drawing sat in my basket, it would be cruel.
Quick go to the shop now.
